The lineup

Five services. One standard.

Every job — a worn roller or a whole new door — runs the same way: diagnosed straight, quoted in writing before work starts, and left balanced, lubed, and quiet.

The standard

What “done right” means here.

1

Measured, not guessed

Spring size comes off the door’s actual weight, track geometry gets checked against the jambs, and opener force gets set to the door it’s moving — not the factory default.

2

Quoted, in writing

The price lands itemized on paper after the diagnosis and before the work. You approve it first — and it doesn’t grow without your signature.

3

Tuned, not just fixed

Every job ends the same way: door balanced, hardware tightened, tracks and rollers lubed, safety reverse tested. The repair isn’t done until the door runs quiet.

Questions

Before you book.

Which service do I actually need?+
Describe what the door did — the bang, the crooked lift, the opener that hums and quits — and we’ll tell you on the phone. A snapped spring is a spring swap; a grinding door is usually rollers and hinges; a dead opener might be a forty-dollar gear kit or a replacement. Most jobs are diagnosed in the first two minutes of the call and confirmed on site.
Do you work on older doors and detached garages?+
Every day. Prescott’s housing stock runs from Victorians around the Courthouse Square with carriage-style doors to ranch homes across Prescott Valley and cabins tucked into the pines. Older doors get the same straight diagnosis — and an honest answer when a part isn’t worth sourcing for a door that’s done.
My door works but it’s loud. Is that a service call?+
It’s the early warning, and yes — noise is wear announcing itself: dry rollers, loose hinges, a spring losing tension. A tune-up visit catches the forty-dollar parts before they take out the expensive ones.
Do you haul the old door or opener away?+
Yes — removal and haul-away are part of every installation. You’re not left with a sixteen-foot door leaning against the garage and a disposal problem.

Not sure which one you need? Describe what the door did.

Two minutes on the phone usually answers it — and puts a tech on the board.
